We're adding a sunroom to our patio so we needed a footing under the patio for stability of the framing. The owner of Ramco (Les Stone) came to our house and gave us a quote to add a footing to our patio. We agreed on the price of $5250 even though we got a quote from another company (Baltz and Sons) to do the footing AND do an extension on the patio for $5000. For the footing by itself Baltz and Sons said they will charge us $4250 but they'll only charge us $750 to extend the patio because they'll already have everything re... read more
