Today I had a great experience with JANET, so professional, informative, efficient, and polite. 5 stars. Most of the employees give good customer service, except for one at the front counter. He needs to be nicer, more patient, and less cocky. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for him.
Great prices. Been building gates and custom stuff for years and they are one of the best. We use Pattons and IMS but this place is so much more affordable.

Bad customer service! Spend hundreds of dollars a year here- but sales guy at front counter won't allow a $12. EXCHANGE (not return!) because it's 4 days after the 'No refund 10 days after purchase policy'!
