The worst experience I have ever had. I have dealt with 100's of businesses in my life time. ***** ( *************************) is by far the winner of the worst !!!! He has lied REPEATLY, won't answer my calls or call back, will not respond to text. He currently owes me almost $2,000 and I believe my chances of seeing that money are slim to none. Rambo Sod is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. ****** owes us $7800 dollars for delivering sod to different job locations. He keeps promising hes going to pay but never does. He has no respect for anyone else or their businesses.
BEWARE!!!I gave Westin 925$ upfront to deliver 5 pallets of sod. It was supposed to be delivered the week before Memorial Day. After several excuses the sod never came I had my 3 day weekend set aside to help my father lay it. Now after 2 weeks I am still sitting here with no sod and no refund after several attempts. Very unreliable, I was ignored constantly. Horrible customer service.
