The nurses are great but SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED due to poor upper management. MOST OF THE "CNA'S" ARE FAKE AND NOT CERTIFIED. The food is terrible like school lunches. A new company owns this place and has SEVERELY cut its costs to pocket more of the money that you spend on your loved ones.

This is one of the best Assisted Living facilities in the area! Great Patient Care, Beautiful rooms, great food and awesome staff. They go above and beyond what they are required to do!
My husband came to Rambling Oaks Courtyard in Highland Village after extensive and critical health issues. He was in ICU at 4 hospitals from December 26 and came here on March 5. Having been so sick and only in bed for this long, it was great to move to more aggressive therapy. The first full day, he was up, in the Dining Room, eating at a REAL table!
