Was trying to buy a mobile home...Owner was rude and played games.Would not tell us if my husband and I would be accepted in the park...Ask 4 times and kept saying I dont know...I had a deal with owner and realtor set up appt but he claimed he never talked to realtor...And he lied to me and said he never spoke to realtor about us being accepted..The answer was yes but when it came down to sealing the deal he wouldnt let us...Stay away from this place, something very shady going on.
