I moved to ramblwood after asking that I wanted a apartment on the bottom floor with a bathtub for my daughter. After them telling me that thats what they had available for me. They told me that their was another apartment available sooner So I took that apartment. Little did i know that I was on the top floor and apartment had no bathtub. Beware of Deceptive Business Practices: Every year, tenants are expected to somehow automatically remember to send an updated copy of their renters insurance policy—or else they are charged a $50 "Insurance Non-Compliance" fee. The property management does not take the initiative to notify tenants that their documents are about to expire.
