I moved to ramblwood after asking that I wanted a apartment on the bottom floor with a bathtub for my daughter. After them telling me that thats what they had available for me. They told me that their was another apartment available sooner So I took that apartment. Little did i know that I was on the top floor and apartment had no bathtub. Beware of Deceptive Business Practices: Every year, tenants are expected to somehow automatically remember to send an updated copy of their renters insurance policy—or else they are charged a $50 "Insurance Non-Compliance" fee. The property management does not take the initiative to notify tenants that their documents are about to expire. Just moved in earlier this week. The whole process was very easy, and the staff were super helpful with all my questions. Check in with Meshawn was super smooth and we love the grounds. Excited to continue our life here for the next few years. 🥰
Our leasing and move-in process was fantastic! Melissa was so professional, knowledgeable and supportive for the entirety. The office staff has been amazing and supportive for all of our questions and needs. We could not be happier with Ramblewood! I do not live here, I have several friends that have lived here, some currently. I have rented my whole life and if I was looking to rent an apartment locally, this neighborhood actually feels appealing. You drive into the neighborhood and it is like a whole little neighborhood of apartment buildings. It is located directly next to the street from Poudre Valley high School, across the street from Poudre Community Academy. They allow pets and have so many yard bag/waste stations. VERY clean.
