I called the doctor to see if they can take my daughter in and i kept getting the exchange service. The person answering was so rude. Her name was Sophia. She hesitated to give me her name when i asked for it. My concern was, the office hours on the door says 9:00am-6:00pm, i have waited in the lobby for more than 30 minutes and the office staff has not arrived. Love this doctor she’s the best in town
Very patient. Very detailed doctor. Takes her time to hear you as a mom to my daughter. Never rushing. So I don't mind the waiting a bit longer at times. It is worth it.
