"Very disappointed! Bedside manner was absent with no eye contact. Not engaging and no reassurance offered for a diagnosis that was upsetting to me. No consideration was given to help me access the required radiology services. I provided updated medical record information. He was rude and dismissive. I would not want to be one of his family members if he treated them in the same manner. If needed, I will seek guidance from another provider in this this medical practice. "
