I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I had an appointment and was told to come back at 2:00 PM. When I returned, my stylist was still finishing another client. She eventually started my knotless box braids, but then another client arrived and she told them to come back at 5:00 PM. After only about three rows of my braids were completed, she stopped working on my hair to eat a seafood boil with her friends. Got my hair done there a week ago and braids are falling slipping they only fixed a few I paid 160 tipped 20 I call she said she can do my hair over for half price so now I got about 6 braids fixed and the rest falling slipping out that’s why I don’t ever get my hair done down here now I have to pay another 160 to get my hair redone they don’t try to accommodate you or nothing
