Renter for almost 6 years. I am always treated right, and any repairs are done timely. About 3 blocks to the 74 bus line
These are very good landlords if anything breaks anything happens any time to get you they're here Johnny-on-the-spot I've been living in my place for 5 years and they are respectable. My property is definitely taken care of. Not cool to write a bad review on decent people. Must've had rent issues.
Very displeased with the services provided at the St Paul location. Shaun is disrespectful low down dirty man. If he doesn't like you he will resort to bullying you. There was a apartment above me that was empty and Shaun would show up at 4am in the morning banging and beating on the floor and walls. He would resort to stumping all over the house. These people are known for their double standards and utter rudness, and borderline racism. They erroneously charge people for things when they know that these apartments are raggedy. THE MOST HIGH GOD SEES EVERYTHING, AND YOU ARE NOT GETTING AWAY WITH ANYTHING!
