Suffern site staff was warm, friendly with limited to no wait time
Easy check-in, pleasant staff and no long wait times.
The staff at the Airmont NY facility is EXCEPTIONAL, particularly the gals at the front desk (Diana, Nancy and Natalie) They make a difficult situation easy with care, knowledge and professionalism!!!!
