Wow, after reading so many of the negative reviews i had to leave this one. My experience with this shelter was nothing short of Amazing. My children and I went to Rbari after having a horrible experience at our local shelter where adopting a cat seemed impossible. After filling out an application, we were scheduled to meet a cat within 2 weeks. We were greeted at the door by their office dog and everyone was so welcoming.
