Billing is a nightmare. I want to pay the bill, in full. No arguments. I called billing twice asking for a bill to be sent via USPS with the correct address to mail a check. Person who answered was ruder than rude. Horrible.Still did not receive a bill after 2 calls. Called a different number. After 3 calls I finally got a person who gave me an address. I mailed a check. Horrible place, no one picks up there phone
My medical experience with Ramapo was just fine. However, my post treatment experience with their billing office is awful. I can not get any satisfaction and I will never use this provider again!
