Absolutely terrible. My mother was a patient of Dr. Ramani for over 2 years because her insurance provided limited options within network. His office always ran late, on two separate occasions we waited for 2 HOURS to be seen and when I complained, Dr. Ramani said that I could wait or reschedule to see him in 2 months.
