I have always had a great experience at west clinic. From the time I walk into the building until I leave it. Everyone greats you ask you if you need help and always have a smile on their faces.
They talk to you like you is a human and explains everything to you. The way I was treated there was everything.
Exceptional customer service.
Dr. Battini has amazing bedside manner. While I was there as a precaution, just the mere thought if I had to hear life changing news, I would be thankful it was from him. He comes across very warm and professional. He also took the time to explain everything to me. Everyone there seems so genuine and I wish more offices were like this. Thank you Dr. Battini and staff.
