There was a power point that didn't work I informed receptionist she was very helpful
This is far from a 4 star hotel. To pay $300 for a 1 bedroom water view apartment which was tiny, very outdated, and had partial water views partial street views was ridiculous. The hotel needs a renovation. We didn't expect anything fancy but from the floors, walls, and furnitire it was dingy. The shower over the bath with the old fabric shower curtain, mould on the ceiling, crappy outdoor furniture, a couch that you weren't sure was clean to sit on because it was older than a couch you'd have in your own home. Amazing hotel. Superb friendly staff, clean spacious room. All facilities well looked after and clean. Amazing Thai restaurant on site with delicious food! Loved our stay and will be back again in the future.
