I work in hospitality and I was not overly impressed with the experience given what we paid per night. On arrival, 3 other guests in the lift complained to me about their arrival experience and the lack of luggage trolleys the day prior. We had no problem and jagged the last undercover park. Our room had a funky smell that I see others have also commented on. Biggest disappointment, rude staff that hassled us to attend a presentation trying to sell their time-shares, promised a wish voucher worth $125 for attending however it was a scam. Presentation was 2 hours. Never received the voucher after. Followed it up with multiple contact attempts and complaints, no response. Very uncomfortable and zero integrity
