Don't ever stay here booked a room ten minutes later received a family emergency they would not reimburse it was actually TEN minutes..not even in the room..WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Not as nice as it was a few years ago... Lifegaurds weren't doing anything but being inappropriate with each other (somewhat sexually) very inappropriate. My son was asking questions that I didn't want to explain until he was older. It was just wrong.
