Customer service is great I booked the hotel online and when I arrived at 12am, they had the exact room I wanted. Also the rooms have new carpets, big TV, very very clean. Customer service is great, good place to stay and also good to avoid those expensive Disneyland hotels down the road. I would definately come here again.

got what we paid for. We got to the hotel and found out that we were upgraded to a king size bed for free. Overall, we got what we paid for.

Staff was nice and my room was cleaned thoroughly My recent 8 night stay was very satisfactory. I would stay there again. Staff was nice and my room was cleaned thoroughly every day. It is a smaller hotel and quiet place to rest and sleep.

I would definitely recommend it. The hotel had everything we need, and the room was reasonably clean. Breakfast was actually pretty good. I would definitely recommend it.

Value for money We had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Value for money. Very close to the Mall of Orange and lots of eating places.

I would stay there next time if i short on money Good: Price, breakfast, free internet, location (next to freeway, a lot of shopping centers around.). Bad: dirty carpet (wear flip-flops) bad smell power went off 2 times (do not plug in your own hair blower and tea maker power will go off.) I have to turn off AC, FRIDG, TV to use my own hair blower,. Improvements: Change carpet. Do something with we smell. (It is really bad).

Clean but beware of parking fee(s) The hotel is nice and is a good price. However, be aware that if you have a car you are automatically charge $15 per night for parking. This is suppose to be for guarded parking in the parking lot but I only saw the guy in the booth 1 time the 3 days I was there. The rooms were actually pretty nice and well decorated. I think they recently renovated. The staff was a little wanting but you can over look them for the price. I give them a 3 or 4 stars.

Good but expensive The room is nice and high class. Sure it has a pool. But price is always over $100. There is Friday down stairs. Hooters nearby. Some fastfood restaurants (Hardy, McDonald, Wendy, a pizza place). A supermartet and a oriental store. Free parking. On the bus route. A dry cleansing and a famous local ice cream store nearby.
