The room was ran down . They only gave us one wash cloth . The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine plane taking off. The air also wasn't cooling well. Door was off the hing and my husband had to fix the shower head before I could shower. They say they have a free breakfast but they do not .

I am giving this zero stars for the following reasons. Check in time was 3pm. We reserved a king room 3 weeks prior to planned stay for an event that started at 6. We arrived at 5 with plans to change into our dress clothing. When we checked in, our room was not ready and they wanted us to wait 20 mins. We didn't have time to wait and all they had to offer us was a room with two double beds. They told us they would give us a discount. When we checked out we were only given a $20 discount. The room was dirty, sheets were dirty, mattress pad had burn holes in it. The refrigerator was dirty and had someone else’s food. The carpet had pet hair in it and hadn’t been vacuumed. They came and changed the sheets and cleaned the fridge. After a 12 hour drive who wants to deal with this. They were out of towels and wash clothes.
