We stayed here in November and had an okay experience, but this most recent stay was completely unacceptable. When we arrived, the door to our room was already wide open because it was broken and wouldn’t even shut properly. That alone was a major safety concern. It only got worse from there. Both beds were clearly not cleaned—one was covered in hair, and the other had hair and literal chip crumbs in it. It was obvious the room hadn’t been properly serviced at all. Rooms that face outside definitely need windows updated. Looms like they are from the 90's. Hotel stands out since it is in between others that are really nice. Its a Ramada by Wyndham.
