Came here for a few conferences. Staff was great every time. Food from the banquets as well as the restaurant on-site was great as well.

We reserved this for 2 nights for the Big Ten wrestling tournament. There were 3 of us in a room with two full beds. The first thing we noticed was poop stains in our toilet. The room was very warm, 77 degrees, but the thermostat wouldn’t work. We stopped by the front desk to get more bath towels and wash clothes because we only received 2. They had two towels to give us but had no wash clothes. Then they asked for your name and wrote it down as if you are a thief. The rooms were very dirty. Had to move rooms because there was black stuff all in the sheets and all over the floor. Dirt and trash behind the night stands.
