They had bugs, second night here and we saw beetles and there was even once crawling on me in the bed, the service is amazing which is a shame because the hotel itself isn’t the best, the people are amazing and the service is amazing but bugs are a big ick for me

I have always loved Ramada hotels by Wyndam, but this particular hotel left a lot to be desired. It seemed there were no cleaning people around, mold around the bathtub, and the bathtub itself was uneven and felt like it would be easy to fall. Also, the area around the hotel was very dirty with garbage, cigarette butts, etc. This is only to name a few and we will not be staying there again.

got harassed by front desk about my brother that came down to visit me and my kids and the end of the night I wanted to change bedding and said we had to do it once we check in we pay how much just to have so much restrictions and then to be hounded by security dont recommend

The room was run down with makeshift patch work. I would have expected with the name change to Ramada that they'd renovate, but nope. Still have the holiday inn decor from the 90s.
