Excellent customer service
Elevator smells like BO all the time, and the wifi cuts out every 30 seconds
Great stay
Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant stay. I checked in and checked out not 20 minutes later. Walking into the room immediately noticed stained bedding on both beds. I went to the front desk to ask for a new room they refused, said they would send house keeping which they did and showed up quickly. Once i got back to the room i noticed more, dirty chair in the corner, filthy carpets, dirt all over the shower and bugs in the bathroom, at that point I wasn't willing to change rooms and left.
