Our stay at this hotel ended in the worst possible way. My 4-year-old nephew was seriously injured when a glass door shattered during normal use, causing multiple cuts and a head injury that required stitches. While the accident itself was traumatic, what truly shocked us was the complete lack of care and empathy from the hotel's staff afterward. No one checked on my nephew. The rooms are big and spacious with a good layout; the staff were friendly and helpful; the location is great, near a lot of shops and food and close to all Orlando has to offer
