Em questão de quarto e limpeza no geral foi tudo ok, quarto simples, porém aconchegante, me incomodou um pouco não ter luz, somente as dos abajur, mas como quase não ficamos no hotel foi ok, gostaria somente de DESTACAR, a forma em que fomos tratados de forma debochada e mal educada pelas pelas recepcionistas, que inclusive não falam outra língua além do inglês e não fazem questão alguma de tentar ajudar, acredito que por ser uma rede de hotéis com nome deveriam rever os tipos de funcionários que colocam e ainda que sejam fl... read more
Nice kid friendly place to stay, lots of activities for the family. Clean and well maintained older hotel.
The staff were mostly helpful, the rooms were worth the price, the location is excellent—it’s very close to a Walmart, too—and there’s plenty of parking and easy access. The beds were quite spacious, and overall I found the room to be roomy; we had a double-queen room.
Staff was amazing, Breakfast was light very few options. Overall great time, plenty of activity’s to keep the kids engaged throughout the stay.
