This could not have been a better night
We stayed here for the night. It's a nice hotel but not maintained well. We had few challenges like the door to the breakfast was shut and cannot get in. Few clatters in public places. There was a test fire alarm that did not stop for 10 mins.
Nos estamos alojando en este hotel por una cancelación de Iberia,el hotel precioso, habitación espectacular,Pero no sé puede dormir aquí!! Es increíble dos llamadas a recepción no tratan de callar un grupo de maleducados que no dejan dormir del ruido que hacen. Estamos agotados,con ansiedad y no son capaces el hotel de controlar a unos clientes,para que otros clientes puedan descansar. Esto es increíble.
