I checked in came in my room I saw there was no remote I went down to customer service to get a new one she told me they were sold out I went on to go to an Expedia they were not sold out and I also asked for a manager she refused to reach out to any manager refused to give me her name and threatened to kick me out I did not use one curse word and she refused to tell me when she can get me a remote for the television I have stayed here so many times this is ridiculous
Near highway terrible location. Horrible housekeeper. Lazy said she was too busy to clean after my stay of 3 days and the reception staff asking me when i am leaving ? Very unhospitable and unfriendly made me want to leave same day. The front desk woman was on her phone entire morning shift taking videos and photos on her snapchat and watching videos and laughing out loud at work. Wifi always disconnected, and the cable never worked only first day for 5 hours. Ar night i heard noises behimd the fridge it was definitely rats!
Good experience Clean room , good breakfast, spacious rooms and with affordable prices
the rooms were just okay… and our shuttle to DEN arrived late
