I have been going to Dr. Rama for about 10 year. He is extremely caring for his patience. He always goes the extra mile for them. I can't ever said I had a bad experience. His staff is equal when it comes to caring. Appointments area always available. Blood work always done on time. This office truly represents the way a medical office should be... Caring for the patient and there well being. I LOVE THIS OFFICE
Great doctor...awful staff. Office staff are not cooperative and do not respond to insurance verification calls. So getting prescriptions filled can be difficult. My son has been waiting for 3 weeks to get his refill approved. Sometimes the office is closed during hours they are supposed to be open. No answering service. No doctor on call for emergencies. If you have a problem...call 911.
