❌AVOID THIS HAIR SHOP AT ALL COST!❌ The braider is always late, she was late more than once (never on time) she braided my hair very poorly, was late to our appointment and had me waiting outside. Additionally she rushed my appointment to finish in time to start another client. amazing shop, been going for 4 years always great wish i could leave a longer message but hope this review opposes the negative ones. they always find time to fit me in even during times they have other customers . i am very appreciative for all the braiders for staring my locc journey and braids for my mother.great maintenance im always taken care of

I love the customer service here. Rama was there when I got there. There was no wait. She didn’t take long. I got smedium knotless braids and they were THE BOMB!!! My parts are great, the braids are great, and the timing was great. They look so cute, I can’t wait to go on vacation with my hair. Would most definitely recommend 10/10!
