The first time I went here, a young lady did my hair and it was just like the picture I showed her and nicely done. The second time an older lady with a traditional dress on did my hair and it was nothing like the picture and left me with a dent in my braids. I should’ve asked for a discount. I didn’t even realize how bad it was until I got home. I’m not sure who Rama is but I liked the younger lady.

❌AVOID THIS HAIR SHOP AT ALL COST!❌ The braider is always late, she was late more than once (never on time) she braided my hair very poorly, was late to our appointment and had me waiting outside. Additionally she rushed my appointment to finish in time to start another client. After seeing my hair I said respectfully I don’t like how my hair was braided and told her it was not the size I requested and the parts were very poorly done. amazing shop, been going for 4 years always great wish i could leave a longer message but hope this review opposes the negative ones. they always find time to fit me in even during times they have other customers . i am very appreciative for all the braiders for staring my locc journey and braids for my mother.great maintenance im always taken care of
