For the price I paid, I would have expected a much better quality of service and attention to detail.
PS Just got the car done, inside and outside at Sparkling Image for $17 vs Rama’s insane $31. More of a drive for me but I am done with Rama on Carmel Drive.
Was a great deal now they are charging $20 for inside cleaning plus $17 for a works outside wash. Rip off now. Disappointed
They vacuumed and cleaned out the tornado that was my car for $16 (including the wash for outside). Amazing! I just waited and it took less than 10 minutes. Woop! Go. Forget Mike's.

Always make my car look good, nice employees, and they have coupons on the back of kroger receipts!

Very disappointed when the owners moved a key employee for what I understand for the staff was very shady reason. None of the employees are as nice a caring as Kail was. Whenever Kail was there when I came in he always was very nice and personal with the customers and cared about making the customers happy and keeping them coming back. I think I will have to go back to Crew Car Wash since Rama no longer has caring and personal employees working for them any longer.
