Still working things out with Zellers. It will be over a month and still cannot drive the vehicle they sold me. Yes offered $2000 towards a warranty that you sold me. To hoping it would all just go away. However the $2000 you offered to pay on a warranty, mind you , you forgot to mention I had to pay an Extra $1360 for that warranty also. But forgot to tell me that the warranty will be null in void that you sold. Zellers failed to send all 3 pages that discloses that the vehicle will not be covered ever under that warranty. ... read more

Drove down from Wichita. We showed up took a test drive and as soon as we got out of the car asked if we were going to put a deposit down or do we have a trade-in? Has about the warranty on the car and was told it depended on how much we paid for the car. when I asked what the cash price would be he said it was the same because they didn’t make any money only if we finance do they made money.
