Terrible technicians, horrible customer service. Asurion assigned my claim for my TV to this mediocre shop. I called RAM TV and spoke with a woman on the phone and explained her the problem with my TV in full details, she ordered a power supply and main board for the TV and it took 10 days for their technician to come to my home. After the tech opened the TV and ran few checks he replaced the power supply and the TV partially lightened up.
