Great place to go if you hate yourself, and also hate your car too.
Fantastic service. Really care about you and your vehicle. Service Manager Brendan bends over backwards to help you out. Only place to have your Ram or Skoda serviced.
Poor service , took over a hour longer than told when booked , poor facilities to wait ,road test out for 25 minutes the questioned said school run this was after 9am after collecting car find coolant cap open . and oil all over the cross member under the car , was even sure the if the oil filter wasn't leaking. will new go back and definitely wouldn't recommend 12K service on RAM
Guys were friendly and assume work was done correctly. But they don't answer phones and no one was at counter both times I went there. Had to walk thru workshop to find someone to find the person supposed to be manning counter. Massive security issue as expensive car keys just sitting there and honestly anyone could have grabbed them. Waited 10 mins and no-one came. Yelled out, no one in the building, also terrible customer service.
