Just visited RAM at Mt Gravatt looking to discuss ordering a new 2025/26 RAM 2500. I parked in their car park, spent a few minutes looking at the RAMs out front then went into the showroom and check out another couple of Rams! Not a single sales person or otherwise approached me! Pleased that they are saving so much money on wages because they won’t be needing any commission from my sale! We received exceptional service from Shakira when purchasing our Ram. She went above and beyond in sourcing a vehicle to match our exact specifications rather then trying to upsell stock on hand. Other dealers were not prepared to accomodate our requirements. Overall the complete experience was extremely smooth with excellent communication and presentation of the vehicle on handover. Highly recommend.
