I had a really frustrating experience at the ram truck Center 104th service department today. I got a recall notice for my 2025 Dodge Ram, so I scheduled an appointment a week ago for 7 a.m. this morning. I drove 30 minutes from Brighton, only to be told they don’t have the parts and there’s nothing they can do today. The associate did put me on a waiting list and said they’d notify me when the part arrives, but a simple call, text, or email would’ve saved me a ton of hassle. Really disappointing experience.
NO STARS! 2 issues I wanted corrected on on my Ram, but know there's a diagnistic regardless, so went ahead and left it to get the issues fixed. Diagnostic results for other things I didn't take it to get it fixed, asked to add the one issue I knew was wrong. Steering pump, replaced twice already, hose was leaking, and they said the whole thing had to be replaced. Before taking it.
