Won't stand behind their warranty! The car only worked for about 3 weeks after we got it back.
If there were an option to give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I recently found out that Tony, Chris and whoever is back there messed up my transmission, and now they’re refusing to take responsibility. They claim it’s not covered under warranty, which makes no sense at all. This is especially frustrating considering they use old parts from different cars in their builds “cutting corners” Completely unacceptable service and accountability.
Ram Transmission is an outstanding shop. Tony and the whole team are amazing. They’ve worked on everything for me, from my work trucks to my classic cars, and every experience has been top-notch. It’s hard to find honest, trustworthy mechanics, but these guys are the real deal. Their pricing is more than fair, they do exactly what they say they’ll do, and they get your vehicle in and out without keeping it forever. I have a 2015gmc serria with the 6l80 and I had the build at rams transmission it's shifted smooth not over heating and just feels so much better. With few transmission shops around and back yard guys not having the warranty and tools for a proper build I recommend this shop...number 1#.....great customer service and very timely...helpful !
