Will not trust ram transmission with my car again. I had it in for a simple diagnostic for my transmission, had a code saying i had a sensor going out. dropped it off 4:30 on a thursday, Joe said he’d have an answer for me early the next morning. I've been using ram transmission for several years always do good work! Had my 2001 Dodge Durango to other shops they could not figure out the problem Not only did RAM transmission fix the problem but they stand behind their work!!!!!
Come for the great service, return for Luna, the cutest puppy dog receptionist. Really appreciate the team at Ram Transmissions. They provided great customer service right from entering through the front door. Our issue ended up being a low effort fix, but another shop quoted us to replace the transmission entirely. The team at Ram treated us kindly and patiently, took our car despite a busy week on their end, identified the issue, and fixed it for a way, way, way lower cost than a new transmission would cost.
