As a prior Employee, Of Ramtool which was bought out by whitecap i can say this Branch is Unprofessional. Employees stealing, doing drugs and drinking, management knew it and went along with it. The drivers as well not just warehouse and sales. I know the warehouse manager Gio or whatever his name is was awful to customers as well as employees. I call today cause we have an account with White Cap and they guy placed me on hold and when he came back he basically did not wanna take my order he asked me to call another store because it was closer to my location, I told him that I wanted to order through him and he said, call the other store is gonna be better and hung up.
