Awful company. I ran the race in late 2018, and was frustrated by the traffic jams getting in and how poorly the race was organized. For some reason, I decided to sign up again in 2019. About six weeks before the race, I found out that I could not attend and requested a refund. The company denied my request, saying that I should have bought their ridiculous "insurance". Needless to say, I will never participate in any of their races ever again.
