Ram property management has been absolutely an incredible experience. If you’re looking for a management company that actually cares about your property and we’ll go the extra mile, without a doubt, it’s this company. Christian and Grayson in particular have been a pleasure to work with. They are on top of it and respond very quickly. I’ve worked with several others and I can confidently say this has been an overall great experience. I highly recommend this management company.
RAM took amazing care of my house when I left Nashville and decided to start renting it. They were full-service in a way that went above and beyond. They took care of repairs and renovations, they kept the tenants happy, and they helped me make a little extra money while getting my Ph.D. One major project took 6 months and they were on top of things every step of the way. I am so grateful that they were able to give me peace of mind while I did my studies. I would highly recommend that anyone and everyone work with them!
Mixed bag with RAM. We had good experiences with the property management. We were not happy with some things with regard to the actual owner of the home we rented. Read your lease. In our case, we were charged a “refundable deposit”. However, it’s not *really* refundable, because they automatically charge you a cleaning fee upon your move out. I’ve been using Ram Property Management to manage my properties since they first opened. I found Christian Leake when I was fed up with property managers and was about to give up on finding one that would communicate with me and offer great customer service. The team at Ram Property Management always find quality tenants, they handle repairs, make turnovers smooth, and their bookkeeping is clear and transparent. They are responsive when I reach out and are just an all around great team to work with. I highly recommend them!
