While I've only lived in a property managed by RAM for a short period of time, they've been great from the start. Quite a few issues from the start, due to the property being new construction, but Greyson, Chip and the rest of the RAM team have done a great job of communicating with us and doing all they can to resolve whatever issues have come up in a timely manner.
Moved into a RAM property at the same time as they were transitioning. I was not informed of the change and signed my lease with the former owner. The welcome was underwhelming. The transition has been difficult from all aspects. Judge on how people recover. They seem to be getting worse, not better. I had a phenomenal experience working with Mike, Christian, Greyson, Angela and Chip. I rented a property with Ram after breaking away from another not so favorable property management group and after burying my stepmom. Ram worked with me while I was handling those situations and got me into a beautiful property. Throughout my time there, no fault of Ram there were issues with the property but Ram consistently responded and rectified any issues that did arise. My roommates and I recently moved into a house managed by RAM Property Management, and our hot water went out a week after moving in. Since then, Jordan, Greyson, and the rest of the RAM team have been extremely helpful and up front about how they are handling things with the owner. Everything they've done has been handled professionally and promptly, with the utmost care. I cannot brag enough about how kind and wonderful the whole team is. Their customer service is unmatched.
