I had a phenomenal experience working with Mike, Christian, Greyson, Angela and Chip. I rented a property with Ram after breaking away from another not so favorable property management group and after burying my stepmom. Ram worked with me while I was handling those situations and got me into a beautiful property. My roommates and I recently moved into a house managed by RAM Property Management, and our hot water went out a week after moving in. Since then, Jordan, Greyson, and the rest of the RAM team have been extremely helpful and up front about how they are handling things with the owner. Everything they've done has been handled professionally and promptly, with the utmost care. I cannot brag enough about how kind and wonderful the whole team is. Their customer service is unmatched.
