While I've only lived in a property managed by RAM for a short period of time, they've been great from the start. Quite a few issues from the start, due to the property being new construction, but Greyson, Chip and the rest of the RAM team have done a great job of communicating with us and doing all they can to resolve whatever issues have come up in a timely manner.
Moved into a RAM property at the same time as they were transitioning. I was not informed of the change and signed my lease with the former owner. The welcome was underwhelming. The transition has been difficult from all aspects. Judge on how people recover. They seem to be getting worse, not better. The front office staff acts as if they are doing us a favor by being there and their key to success is avoidance.
