The company's name was changed in 1957 to the Farm Mutual Reinsurance Association and again in 1967 to the Reinsurance Association of Minnesota. In 2000 the company's name was again changed to RAM Mutual Insurance Company, and this name reflects its current operation. Had ram for about 2.5 years. No issues at all. I hit a deer earlier this year (devastated). It was awkward timing. Sunday at 430am. It was my first time hitting a deer or totaling a car. So I did it kinda backwards. But they were chill about it and so so kind. They didn't give me guff about where I sent my car (do not trust the local auto places closer to the crash, they have done some shady things) they had an adjuster out promptly and it went smoother than I had expected.
Horrible company to work with, rude customer service, terrible claims process. Trying to get help from anyone is impossible!
