Tony Hughes & Rhonda Haugen are awful to work with! They paid a claim to another party without looking at all the cameras & pictures. They told me it was not my business what they paid, this affects my insurance rating! Looking at all of the reviews I see that the terrible service is their norm!
Notice how many of the positive reviews are from their employees or independent sales agents.
After reading all the horrible reviews, there's no wonder why I also have to leave one. This company is refusing to pay an appraisal award that Is legally binding and now I have to take it to court. PLEASE DO NOT USE RAM FOR YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY.
