No water to house in winter. Requested plumbing support to clear a frozen water line, steam truck and 2 inexperienced personnel arrived - no progress whatsoever after 5 hours, and left. Next day I called a different local plumbing company who sent an experienced plumber with efficient purpose built equipment for clearing frozen water lines - he successfully completed in 30 minutes total time on site. Not happy with Ram mechanical personnel or equipment they used on my house.
(1-Star Review) I had an emergency sewer backup and contacted RAM Mechanical for immediate help. They were on site for less than an hour, did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue, and then left to go to another call. At the time they left: • The bathtub was full of raw sewer water • The toilet was overflowing with sewage • The problem was completely unresolved Despite this, RAM Mechanical billed me for six hours of labor. Tried to scam me for extra hour of work. Keep track of times and work done if you have to deal with them. Not a trustworthy company.
I used Ram Mechanical after a friend highly recommended them. Reliable, honest, and extremely fair! I called looking for a new hot water tank as mine had quit. I called in to the office and spoke with a nice lady who connected me with the manager after learning my situation. Chase took the time to answer all of the questions I had, and when learning my budget he came up with options that would work for me while still being affordable! The technician Jesse was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable.
