From the beginning inquiry to the final signing, this company has provided my family with honest answers and hard work. I was skeptical at first. Everything was beyond my expectation, including the Speed and accuracy of their work. Our Foreman, Deon, Went above and beyond with his crew! Our slab was broken and was lifted by nine pilings. We hired Ground works to encapsulate our crawl space and to reinforce the floor by our main bathroom. We felt that this encapsulation would be better than every couple years putting in new insulation and plastic material down. I like the 25 year transferable warranty and 5year service warranty on the equipment. We do have a small house 1100 sq ft so the cost was higher than what we were expecting and we had to than have an electrician come in to put in a electrical outlet and install it to the control panel box in the garage... read more
