I discovered a foundation crack in my basement that was seeping water. I called Ram Jack based on a recommendation from a friend. I was scheduled very quickly. Chris Reader came out today, did his evaluation and said 'you don't need me'! The crack was not from the foundation settling. My 70 year old house had only settled 1/2 inch and who knows?
