Updating to 4 stars. Ram Jack came out on warranty and put in lifts to solidify the floor where the supports had been lifted off their bases. Thanks to the crew (Ryan and Anthony) for a nice job. ----- So It's been a year since the work was done and it seemed appropriate to do a review now. The foundation work has held nicely, no movement since the supports were put into place. The reason for the 3 star rating is twofold. Once again the crew did a wonderful job.
I needed my house lifted on the corner and these guys came out to see what they could do for me. They were very professional everything and Jessica was also a great help getting me setup so I could have it fixed. Just can’t wait to see the final results
We had a sinking entrance staircase to our home. RamJack sent two of their best to stabalize the staircase. I must say they took every precaution and put everything back the way it was after installing the two helicoils. Both men were polite and knowlegable. This was our first time needing RamJack's expertise we had plenty of Q's. They answered all of them. RamJack offers a lifetime warranty on their work. Which is obviously reassuring! Our experience with RamJack was positive and we would definately recommend them.
I originally chose to work with Ram Jack West because I felt that Chris (our salesman) was open and honest compared to other companies. When evaluating our project, he called the engineer on the spot to clarify what our project would entail which I appreciated since previous companies were wishy-washy.
