Very informative, no nonsense or upselling. Provided a great recommendation (since we just need post repair) and set realistic expectations on what we should expect to pay and what services we didn’t need from the quotes we got from other contractors. I discovered a foundation crack in my basement that was seeping water. I called Ram Jack based on a recommendation from a friend. I was scheduled very quickly. Chris Reader came out today, did his evaluation and said 'you don't need me'! The crack was not from the foundation settling. My 70 year old house had only settled 1/2 inch and who knows? We had a very positive experience with RAMJACK. RAMJACK communicated throughout the entire process. They are able to deal with the normal findings during a lift and are very affordable. They started easily and finished in a week on a significant project. There Customer Service is outstanding. They focus on the customer and a quality job.
Our driveway and garage floor were shifting due to tree roots. Ram Jack West completed a poly foam lift that helped level out the slabs. Our driveway is now safe and garage floor is level!! The team of two were professional and worked efficiently to get the job done. Very reasonable price compared to other bids.
