I asked for a quote to lift a corner of my car port and add a retaining wall. The guy showed up on time for the assessment. He said I would have a bid by Monday(assessment was Thursday AM). Wasn’t until Thursday the following week I got the quote after calling 3 separate times and emailing a couple. Then the quote was outrageously high, like $13k over other bids that I have received. Ram Jack came out to raise a sinking wrap around porch floor. The first contact for an estimate as well as the technician who performed the work, were outstanding! Would hire again.
Excellent workmanship. Fair price for a great job. On time and did exactly what they promised. Don't go with any other company if you need foundation repairs.
My encounter with RamJack has been splendid. Our contracts included 1. Driveway concrete remove and replace and 2. Install supplemental girder beam plus 6 piers underneath the house. This beam leveled house sections that sunk due to settling. The piers also leveled the house and provided needed support under the property to accommodate the weight of tiled shower in a bathroom.
