Wow, I’m thrilled with the entire experience with RamJack. I started a project to upgrade my front porch and part of that was to raise the porch slab that had deflected due to substrate settling. The folks at RamJack were accommodating with my project schedule, they were highly technical, honest and knowledgeable. They were very pleasant to work with too. Don’t even consider doing foundation or concrete slab work without at least talking with RamJack. My team was Chris in sales and the site engineer was Rick.

Efren Arias and his crew arrived slightly earlier than expected (a plus in my book) and, after talking with me, went right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently to take care of the foundation work that was planned. Efren kept me apprised of their progress and actually involved me when they were raising the beams into place. They cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant and courteous. Nice work guys!

Rick came a little early, and set up to repair a sagging walkway. It was amazing to watch him and his helper Josh drill and fill. In about 4 hours they had finished and cleaned up, and I am thrilled with the finished product. I had a bid of $6K to rip out the cement haul away and pour new cement, and it would take the better part of a week. Ricky of Ram Jack was a pure pleasure to talk with and watch. He explained his technique and also showed me his work trailer which is very clean and organized. He did his job quickly and thoroughly. Overall, my wife and I are impressed with the entire process, price and final clean up and result. Ram Jack has acquired a top notch representative with Ricky! This was probably the best experience I have had with a service provider. From the initial call to the last broom sweep on a very long driveway to clean all of the mud away was impressive. We met with Dennis Kline to discuss the large project, and he was wonderful explaining everything he recommended us doing and other things we could consider.
