Judson came out to provide an inspection for us as we were having some spalling concerns and ceiling cracks. I had assumed it was foundation issues. Holy honesty. He walked in and immediately calmed my nerves and did not think we had a foundation issue but would do the full inspection and after told us that he thought the issues we were seeing were basically dry wall cracks which happens. I thought I had a problem with the foundation on my house. I called Ramjack to give me an estimate for repairs. Judson came out and inspected my house. He said my concern was not an issue and no action was needed. Judson did not charge for the visit. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend Ramjack if you have a problem.

Judson was honest, professional and personable. So many people are out to make money off of a lack of knowledge. But he was very transparent and realistic on what really needed to be done.
Although the company couldn’t provide the specific service I was looking for (no fault of their own) the customer service from Eric was absolutely phenomenal. I was very appreciative of how polite and informative he was and the information he rendered was useful in what it is I actually need done and the process. I asked about the invoice for the consultation being emailed to me and was told it was free. This company is extremely professional and I highly recommend them.
