Called company directly - no one answered so I left a message. No call back in 2 days. Called corporate and provided information to receive a quote. They promised to have Ram Jack Ohio contact me. Still no call back.
Skip showed up. Was very polite and easy to work with. Then ghosted me. I called and talked to the receptionist who was very nice. No one ever got back to me with a quote despite multiple calls to them. If you don't want my business, just tell me so I can find someone who wants my money
Owner took our deposit but never performed any work. After more than a month of no response to our emails and calls, we asked to cancel the contract and refund our money. We were promised for weeks that we’d get our deposit back. Once we did receive a check, it bounced. Please avoid this company!
The receptionist setup a 10:00 am appointment. Pete called a couple days later stating that I need more work than I expected and to call him back. I need an entire new foundation. Idk what more he thinks I need without looking at it. How much more work could there be? Never answered his phone or called me back. Can’t even get anyone to answer the office phone. Hopefully they all quit or were fired. Nobody showed for the appointment either. Wasted vacation day.
