Some good, mostly bad due to poor communication and delays but I'm going to chalk it up to covid. Put an inquiry on their website on 4/19 and received a call back the next day to schedule an estimator, unfortunately almost a month later on 5/14. So hard to get contractors during these Covid times so I scheduled them and figured I would continue looking for other bids in the meantime. Out of 3 companies that I received quotes from to address water leaks from rain/windstorms in multiple areas in my basement, Ramjack in Wareham was the only one that directly and successfully addressed the problem with a reasonable price quote. Work was done professionally, timely and as described in the proposal.
I had a great experience. Initially, the quote was unrealistic for the job, but after having them rereview and providing a different company’s quote, they were very apologetic and provided a more accurate number and then price matched. Communication was great and they were professional. The work done looks good and they explained everything very well while working. I worked with Matt and Greg who were very nice and helpful.
Guys did a great job with my pool apron. It had sunk between 1 and 5 inches all around the pool. RamJack team got it almost as good as new. Nice job!
I am a resident and manager of a condominium association in Falmouth, MA. The condos were built about 25 years ago. Each unit has its own garage. Over the years, due to settling, the entrances to the garages began to sink. So, the concrete pads before the garage floors are sinking below the garage floor.
