Very professional and easy to deal with
I inform the company that I will not be at the house for the estimate to simply fill a void underneath part of the driveway. They say that's fine and will inform their emoyee. I get a call from the employee saying he is there and nobody is home. I tell him the company was aware I wouldn't be there and he just needs to look at the void under the driveway and give me a estimate. He says OK and I'll hear from him later that afternoon.
