We had absolutely zero communication from Kevin and his team once the work happened. Large holes were left in my yard where they performed the foundation work. He purposely ignored our calls when trying to get the before and after elevation measurements which almost put my real estate deal in jeopardy because we would not release funds to our seller until he provided us with those numbers to ensure the job was done correctly. I had Kevin come out for some concerns we were having with our foundation. Kevin couldn’t have been any nicer and educated on his work. He took the time to hear what we had to say, then explained everything in detail regarding our issues. Kevin didn’t find any major sinking to make note of but instead of just talking us up on made up foundation issues, he was truly honest and upfront with us. Bo answered any questions I had and explained how the process works. He and his crew have a lot of experience doing what they do and are very respectful and professional.
