We had concerns about some settling. We have a sloped backyard and have a retaining wall around one corner of our house. I called another company and that company (no names) was a little pushy and i felt like they were trying to over sale. I called Ramjack and Bobby came out. Bobby Waldron came out for my free estimate and walked through all of our concerns, none of which ended up being foundational. He was professional and helpful AND he dolidn't talk down to me (a woman). He treated me as an equal. He took time to explain why these things were happening and gave me pointers to fix them. Will definitely call them in the future if needed. One of the few honest companies left that dont't charge you just to come out and don't try to sell things you don't need. I contacted Ram Jack American Leveling to repair the foundation for my elderly aunts. These guys were amazing. Chuck explained everything and made the whole process easy. Luke and his crew did a great job. They covered furniture and walls to limit the amount of dust and dirt. They even cleaned up everything after the job was done. They were very patient and respectful with my aunt asking questions and sometime getting in their way. I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company.
