I had 50k of piers put in on the perimeter of my house. They got me fixed up and figured out, because ive given it 2-3 years to settle to make this review, and the house seems stabilized for the most part. The house did settle a bit for the first year or so after the piers were put in, but I repaired all the brick and filled the interior cracks, as well as measured the worst ones, and almost none of them re-opened.
