** UPDATE - Since I wrote the original two-star review I have once again called them up. It appeared to me that our problems were getting worse so I tried one last time. The person who answered the phone (I believe Kimberly) was incredibly friendly. Mike came out pretty quickly, observed the property, advised another helical pier. Also said he was going to do a warranty check on the existing piers. Crew came out - professional, timely, did good work and cleaned up to the point where you could barely tell they were here.
