Keri from Ram Hardware was super helpful, we had a good email correspondence where I asked lots of questions, she picked up mistakes/made clarifications to my requested quote and everything came out perfectly. She also gave advice on self installing, which our bookcase installer didn't want to do, and it all worked fine. The assembly instructions and installation advice was spot on. The ladder is perfect, solid as a rock, great quality.
Some of the best customer service I've ever had. Nothing was a problem, even my dozen questions! Happy with the product (Quiet Glide Ladder), but the standout of the whole experience was definitely the people - thank you Lee and Keri!
