Thanks very much to Ram Hardware for supplying the ladder and ladder rail for our home library. Keri was phenomenal to deal with, patiently providing guidance on the options available to address a slight complexity in our project. We are so stoked with the result!
We love our hidden library door! Keri the sales manager was incredibly helpful both during the ordering process and the installation. She also took time after our door was installed by our builder to seek feedback and check all went well. All the required mechanisms came with the door and instructions were clearly set out online. We have ended up with a very unique and awesome library. Thank you Keri!
We installed two kits for our bookshelves adapting a vintage ladder that we already had at home. Worked perfectly! Thanks Ram.
Very Happy with Ram Hardware's team and product.
