Great friendly service. Every interaction I had with RAM was positive, informative, and friendly. They were prompt with their service, and I highly recommend them. Quality work that is warrantied. Had some work done on my home. There was some good and bad things, but overall, the biggest thing is quality of work which wasn't that great. Not completely happy with it, among the other issues. Edit, not a fake review. I do not have to share who I am nor when the work occurred, whether in the last few days, weeks, months, or years.
The service we received was excellent which is why we have continued to use Ram Exteriors over the last 15 years. Our first contact was with Jeremiah who presented us with options and the information we needed to make our decision and it also was a significant factor in choosing Ram. We did not feel as though we had to chase them down/they were doing us a favour which we have experienced with many other local companies.
